New York River Revival Initiative

We are three high school seniors who attend Friends Seminary. Our school has deeply rooted values of community service. Since we all love science and nature, we decided that we wanted to help clean up the city we grew up in. We came together and decided to take action against the rise of pollution in New York in order to make it a cleaner and safer place to live for all beings. Through the years we spent at Friends, we have been exposed to the work of various nonprofits and community-led projects throughout the city, and we have been inspired to create our own project! Join us in our movement to create a less polluted New York!
